AWPC Christmas Blessing Volunteers

Please join us as we gather with our clients to bless them this Christmas season! We will have snacks, Santa, and gift giveaways. Please choose a job and that works for you! If you need to, please write any comments re: time restraints or limitations you may have. Thank you!! 

Cookies: We'll need about 35 dozen cookies/baked goods! If you can bring a batch with you, please sign up and add the estimated #dozens you will bring :)

Set-Up: Unload cars, set out gifts, prepare snacks, prepare games.

Registration: Check people in, issue their gift tickets.

Photographer: Take pictures of children with Santa. Photograph other activities of the event as able.

Food Table: Replenish food as needed, serve and monitor portions.

Santa's Helpers: Monitor the line, help Santa with breaks, give children stickers after the picture.

Games: Give instructions to the children, manage the line, give prizes (one per child).

Giveaway Tables: Accept gift tickets from clients, make sure only 1 of each item is taken, replenish table as needed.

Crowd Control: Greet guests as they arrive, help with traffic flow, make everyone feel welcome and assist wherever needed.

Clean-up: Pack cars, vacuum, clean kitchen and tables.
