Greetings Crosby tennis players! Please use this sheet to register your interest if you would like to participate in one of our upcoming tennis league teams.

These are possible (not official) teams we will be fielding. Indicate your interest on each team.

3.5 Men's Sunday morning USTA Doubles
AA Ladies (Friday AM) Doubles
A Ladies Tennis Competitors (Tuesdays AM) Doubles
BB Ladies Tennis Competitors (Thursdays AM) Doubles
B Ladies Tennis Competitors (Wednesdays AM) Doubles

Sunday Ladies 3.0 & 3.5 Singles and Doubles

Please give your name and contact telephone number. We will place players according to roster availability & past experience on league teams.
Captains will review this sheet before each upcoming season.

This form is to gather level of interest only. It is not a guarantee to play, spaces will be limited on the team per the captain's discretion in making line-ups.
You must have a current USTA membership to participate in a USTA league and you will need to be rated appropriately. Players listed on a roster should not expect to play every week.

Register interest no later than February 27th. Leagues are scheduled to begin sometime in March.
