Greetings Crosby tennis players! Please use this sheet to register your interest if you would like to be considered to play on the Summer USTA Tri level team.

The team will be geared for those with line 1 experience and success at each respective level, as there is only one line level participating in each match.
The captain will be Casey Luckham and there may possibly be try-outs for positions depending on spaces and interest.

Please give your name, contact telephone number, 2024 USTA level and record and lines of most recent USTA matchplay in ladies divisions. Players will be placed according to roster availability & past experience on league teams.
Captains will review this sheet before each upcoming season.

This form is to gather level of interest only. It is not a guarantee to play or be rostered, spaces will be limited on the team per the captain's discretion in making line-ups (5 spaces per level).
You must have a current USTA membership to participate in a USTA league and you will need to be rated appropriately. Players listed on a roster should not expect to play every week.

Please register interest no later than April 30th. League is slated to begin in Late June - Early September. Mondays at 9AM: 2 lines start w/ 1 to follow.
