The DC Council is preparing to vote on changes that could mean pay cuts for early educators across the District.

We are in this mess because the Mayor and Council failed to fully fund the Pay Equity Fund. Now, the Council may move forward with proposals that would force some lead teachers to take cuts three times higher than others.

We’re asking educators, directors, parents, and allies to call Councilmembers and let them know that you stand alongside early educators.
