PT Evaluation
Dr. Dan Pope is a physical therapist, CrossFit athlete and coach, strongman athlete and amateur gymnast. His specialty is helping athletes and have pain-free, peak performance.
Here's the details:
- 30 minutes
- 3 movement areas evaluated - reviewing the Squat, Front Rack Positions and Overhead Squat positions to assess and maximize your mobility for those exercises and lifts.
- Specific stretching and exercises to help you fix your problem areas in these movements
- 6 people max per session
All sessions will cover the same evaluation and material.
The sheet does not take any results after Friday, February 3, 2017, 11:00 PM.
