beBeaverBold Fall Block Party – Monday, 9/21

Diversity & Cultural Engagement [DCE], Student Leadership & Involvement [SLI], and University Housing & Dining Services [UHDS] invites you to help out with our #beBeaverBold Fall Block Party. This event will feature the Collegiate Comedy Show, the Electric Beaver Run & Dance and a screening of the Avengers. Volunteers will primarily assist with the Electric Beaver Run & Dance through runner registration, directing runners, cheering runners, decorations, tear down and general event support.

The Orange & Black Rally - Wednesday, 9/23
After Convocation ends in Gill Coliseum, new Beavers will first head into Reser Stadium for a pep rally led by the band and cheerleaders. Next, they will have the opportunity to go out onto the field for a large “OSU”- shaped class photo. Finally, they will head out of Reser onto Parker Plaza/26th Street where music, games, contests and a delicious catered meal awaits those students who have purchased tickets. Volunteers are needed throughout the event to ensure our new Beavers have an incredible and welcoming experience at the Rally on the night before classes start.

Beaver Community Fair – Thursday, 9/24
Annually the "Beaver Community Fair" draws together the OSU and greater Corvallis communities to celebrate the start of the academic year. Over two hundred different booths representing OSU departments & student organizations, Corvallis community agencies & businesses and local non-profit organizations will fill the Memorial Union Quad and SEC plaza, making visible the opportunity to connect with services, products and involvement opportunities on campus and around the area. Volunteers are needed to help set-up for the event as well as break down and clean up following the event.
